The Walk to End Suicide

Join the Walk to end Suicide

Because Every Step Counts

Every day, approximately 12 people in Canada die by suicide — that is over 4,500 lives lost each year. For every life lost, up to 50,000 loved ones are left grieving, many facing an increased risk of suicide themselves. It is a national crisis — but together, we can make a difference.

At DCGT, we support individuals and families navigating mental health challenges with compassion and cultural sensitivity. Our services are offered in 9 languages, with an English text option available for added accessibility. We provide both inbound and outbound support calls, ensuring that no one feels alone, whether they are reaching out for help or in need of a check-in. From one-on-one support to outreach, we are here — to listen, to guide, and to walk beside those in need.

By joining the Walk to End Suicide, you are not just raising awareness — you are taking a stand against stigma and helping us continue to provide life-saving mental health services in our community.
