Walk for Change

FIRST & LAST NAME

Each day, approximately 10 people in Canada die by suicide. That is over 4,000 people a year, making suicide the 9th leading cause of death in Canada. Support the cause to help save lives!

Every step matters.

The Walk to
End Suicide

We can help prevent suicide with the right support services. Help us raise awareness of suicide, reduce stigma and support our life-saving services while helping raise critically needed funds!

2023

Thanks to the tremendous support from our community, The Walk to End Suicide raised $150,000 in its inaugural year. DCGT believes that with the right supports and programs in place, we can eliminate mental health stigma and prevent suicides. Last year we recorded over 165,000 helping interactions across all programs and services.
